I've stayed before. The location is great. Walking to place du capitole is easy. the desk staff speaks english and helped me a lot! breakfast has great variety and i ate plenty. the bed was comfortable, and hot water was abundant.

the carpets in the corridors and stairwell looked a little worn.

the staff was so friendly. they was sociable and super helpful! i really liked the hotel bar and i took a chance to chill with a drink before goin to my room each night. it is very comfy and tidy and get serviced daily.

i noticed a strong odor in the bathroom when i checked in, it smelled from moisture. there were no proper wardrobe, and the room only had one chair. the keycard stopped working a lot and i needed help from reception on a few days.

the hotel location was convenient since it was close to the train station as well as bus and metro stops. the room was also clean.

The corridors and stairwell carpets were filthy. the room was tiny with barely anywhere to put luggage. There was no view. the bathroom was very small, and the shower did not drain well unless i turned the water off halfway through showering.

i found the hotel's proximity to both the railway station and the airport shuttle stop quite convenient. reaching the city center and various restaurants was a simple walk. the room had ample space. the bathroom included modern updates.

the carpet looked worn in some areas of the hotel. the paintwork showed some scuffs. these are minor issues, but noticeable.

my room featured a good shower. the provision of tea and coffee making facilities was helpful for starting the day. double windows kept the room noticeably quiet, blocking external noise effectively.
